This is primarily a rock climbing trip. (though hiking only is an option) If you are climbing, you do not need to be an experienced climber, but you should be able to climb beginner/moderate climbs in a climbing gym, have basic belaying skills and be able to hike 45 minutes on steep terrain carrying a 30-lb pack with gear. You should also have the ability to drive a motor scooter or at least be comfortable as a passenger.
