You should be in moderate physical shape, feel comfortable walking on uneven surfaces such as cobblestone streets, outdoor paths, and stairs, and carrying and pulling your luggage for a few blocks. You should be able to hike for up to two hours on moderate hiking terrain with a light backpack and riding a bike and/or e-bike on hills. Rock climbing is optional and all levels are welcome.
